As a hairstylist with over 20 years of experience, Erin has established herself as a seasoned and talented professional in the beauty industry. With an eye for detail and a passion for creativity, she has cultivated a reputation for creating unique and personalized looks that complement her clients' individual style. She began her journey as a hairstylist after completing her BA in psychology at Humboldt State University in California. After realizing nothing filled her soul like the creativity and relational connections hairstyling offered, she enrolled in the Antoine Du Chez Academy to learn the trade. She quickly fell in love with the art of hair styling, dedicating herself to perfecting her skills and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.

Over the course of her career, she has worked in a variety of salon settings as a stylist and educator including upscale spas and boutique establishments. She has also served as an independent stylist, building a loyal clientele through her exceptional work and personalized approach to customer service. Listening intently and creating the experience and results her clients desire is priority each and every time whether the first or 50th visit.

One of her greatest strengths is her ability to connect with her clients and understand their unique needs and preferences. Whether they come to her with a specific vision in mind or trust her to come up with something fresh and new, she always takes the time to listen carefully and provide tailored recommendations that help them achieve their desired outcome. In addition to her exceptional styling skills, Erin is also a gifted educator, regularly sharing her knowledge and expertise with other aspiring stylists. She has led training workshops and mentorship programs, helping new talent develop the technical skills and creative flair needed to succeed in the competitive beauty industry.

Giving back to the community who has supported her so generously, Erin developed Shear Love Ministries in 2012 where she personally provided free cosmetology services to those in need. Shear Love later developed into a network of stylist giving their time and skill set to their local communities. They have collectively served hundreds including those experiencing homelessness, prison reform, financial or medical hardship, sex trafficking, teen pregnancy, single parenting, disability and many more challenging life circumstances.
